Why is it that I can pay with Paypal but DreamHost won't refund my money with Paypal. I am within the refund time period but since I paid with Paypal DreamHost only want's to give me a credit towards more hosting that I do not want. Can someone explain this to me? Or is there someone that can help me from the company.
I know a lot of folks have to be more than a bit steamed at our recent billing issue. If you want to talk it out or get any clarifications on what's going on, you've got my ear.
