Scale uploaded images

We had this at one point, but I removed it because being able to re-scale the image actually made it harder to do what I thought would be the more common workflow, simply cropping. (It seemed too easy to drag the selection to something other than 100% without intending to.)

Since most folks are able to fire up Photoshop to do this sort of re-sizing before uploading, I'm inclined to leave it as is, at least for now. But if it becomes a common request, I'm open to reconsidering.

I'm definitely ambivalient about this- I like the fact the present system encourages you to snap glimpses of your work.
