Dropbox reinstall/redownload when I restard computer
I have dropbox, and everytime I shutdown/reboot my computer, dropbox asks me to relink my computer .. and then reinstalls / redownloads all the files .. even if I have everything already on my computer.
Maybe it's because I have my dropbox folder on D:\ and not C:\ ?

Inappropriate? It sounds like you might be moving the Dropbox folder from the default install location. If you want your Dropbox folder to be somewhere other than the regular place, you need to specify the location during install or change it in the Dropbox preferences. Just dragging the folder to a new location will make the Dropbox application lose track of it.
This could also be caused if you keep your Dropbox folder on a network or external drive and that drive is unavailable when Dropbox starts up. -
Inappropriate?I have this same issue, but only with the linux client.
After having the problem for a while, I tried specifying the default folder, but it still gives me there "relink your account" message each time I start up the computer.
I am trying to specify an external disk, but it should be ready and accessible by the time Dropbox loads. It's still giving me the error.
I’m confused
