I have been able to upload files via my gmail account to my drop without issues. However, when I try to do the same for files sent via my corporate lotus notes account, the files never seem to arrive at my drop. Is this a lotus notes issue? I can, of course send e-mails out normally to customers and business partners. :-)
I have uploaded quite a few files to my drop and in a few cases, I'd like to change the filenames. However, I can't find this function anywhere. Where is it?
I can't upgrade my drop. I bought an access code and received it but when I try to type in the upgrade code, I get a system error saying I am not able to upgrade my drop. My drop is "schneemann". Thanks.
I'd like to gather some basic data about access to my drop, such as date, time, IP... possibly also which files were accessed. Are you planning on implementing this?

What are "subscriptions"? When I log in to my drop as an administrator, I see among the links on the left side of the page a link labelled "Subscriptions." When I click it, I see "No subscriptions." What is this link for? Just curious.
Can I use 1 premium code on multiple drops at the same time? In other words, say I purchased a 5GB premium code and apply it to 3 drops at the same time (1GB, 2.5GB, and 1GB).
I just noticed that if guests are allowed to add files and notes, they're also able to edit my notes. Is there a way of preventing people from doing that?
I created a drop. I then downloaded the Firefox extension. Now when I drag and drop a new file it creates a new drop. I did create a bookmark at the options for the extension.
I recently uploaded several pdfs, all of which failed to convert, even after over 24 hours. Some of my PDFs work fine, others consistently fail. Why might this be? Other people seem to also have this problem, and the response is to click on retry, but I do not see a retry button.
I love the service, however. I am using it to share files with my students. The RSS/email notifier is a particularly nice touch.
I added the code for the upload widget. I set the drop so guests can add files. All I see is a blank area above the drop.io text link, in both Firefox and IE. I also looked at some embedded widgets on other people's sites, and they also had a blank area and no functional widget. Help!
If your dropio email is added to an email group then attachments wont post to your drop? If you address those people separately in the email then the attachment will post fine.
I am trying to upload several MP3 files and I keep getting errors that the upload failed. I have tried to upload all 3 files at once (53 GB) and then one at at time. Doesn't matter - file upload fails.
