Create a zip not working. Drop.io holding my files hostage?
I clicked on Download this Drop/ Create a zip archive. Yesterday about 2 PM CT. Today 9:40 CT it is still running and no drop available. I need this zip.
I think someone at Drop.io should help with this.

Depending on how many and how large the files are that are contained in the drop, it could take a few hours to complete. This however, is much longer than it should take. If this problem is still persisting, can you e-mail us (contact@dropio.com) with the name of your drop so we can take a look?
