Drop Stuck in "Uploading"

I can't seem to upload files from my PC's since yesterday. Are there any server issues on your end? I checked my upload speed and it is 1.8 Mb/s. The drop just hangs at "Uploading". Any suggestions would be appreciated. BTW the file is only 38 mb long. Same problem happened with even smaller files. Thanks in advance.
