editing the drop widget
I'd like to be able to edit the widget's look, size, and styling. For example, remove the mention of how many files have been uploaded and what capacity has been used.

under the add button and cell

That's a pretty interesting idea. Right now it's still a pretty good anonymous drop point but it does convey information that could be considered 'admin' and thus, perhaps something you'd like to keep to yourself.
We'll toss this around and see if it's something we can work into our development cycle.

Inappropriate?Peter, thanks for your reply. Yes, I would definitely prefer to keep this information private. As well, it clutters the interface up for the user. There is no utility for the user to know how many files others have uploaded to me or how much storage is used/available. I would like for them to just upload files.
So PLEASE give us this option, or make it a default to NOT show this option.
