Fax out not working
Tried sending a fax today, it has worked in the past--this time I simply received a generic "Success!" message, but nearly two hours later no indication of a successful send.
On a side note--is there a way to report on the status of "Sends"? Just so it isn't a black box, even a simple log of "Started sending..." would be better than what's currently there (nothing!)

Inappropriate?I haven't heard anything on this, and it is actually an important part of my workflow (and the only reason I paid for an account with drop.io). Any feedback, or chance to get this working again?

Very sorry for the delay. We know how important this feature is to a good cross section of our community (we actually use it a lot too).
Our fax service is up and running but the notification icons are not for some reason. We're looking into this now and will hopefully have a fix very soon.

Inappropriate?Thanks for the feedback, Peter. I've used the "Send | Fax" option several times since I posted the original, and still i haven't received fax (though I have received faxes from other sources). Any thoughts?

Inappropriate?Peter, I'm afraid I can't wait any longer. I can't use drop.io for my particular workflow, so I'm switching to a different service. Good luck, and I'll check in from time to time to see if I can resume using drop.io.
Suggestion: an outbox that shows your send status for all sends, and some history.
