Flash Conversion should be an OPTION
The playable flash version of an uploaded video is a nice option, but it should be just that... an OPTION. Many times I've uploaded a video file and had to wait for the video to be re-encoded ("prepared") before I could get the download link. Please make this an option for those of us who just need to DROP files IN and OUT. (aside from that, the site is great, THANKS!)

Inappropriate?we agree that this would be cool - it is in cue, competing with a few other concepts we are working on.
just so you know, you actually don't have to wait for conversion to download the original videos... just click on the file (the upper left hand corner is easiest where the little comment bubble is) and hit download
