Front page has fake progress bar
Poor usability. I start at the front page and select a file. Progress bar shows a little progress (about 1~2%) complete. I think it has started uploading and I wait until it finished. But in fact progress bar is fake and it hasn't begun. The 1~2% is just for show. I need to click "create" for it to start uploading.

Inappropriate?hello - the front page progress bar isn't fake -- though there are a few elements which it doesn't perfectly compute... fully agree.
we are not quite sure what you mean by the 1-2%
that said, we do wait for you to set all of your settings on the front page before beginning the upload. we found that people much better understand the process when we do it that way.
