Jarring Content Reload after Description Edit
An administrator of one of our drops modified the descriptions of some of the content, and now after the page fully loads, there’s a flash of yellow over the contents and they reload/shift around (on all computers viewing the drop). Two of the videos that were edited aren’t showing up anymore.
This happens in the "media" view. Tested in several browsers (FFox 3.5, IE7, Chrome, Safari) after clearing cookies/cache and the problem persists.

Inappropriate?Quite frustrating... On "system" view thumbnails are still there, but in other modes they appear for a moment after reloading the page and then are gone. Actually, the items (without thumbs) get clumped at the left end of the "Movie" group (at least in media view), so when blindly passing the mouse over the option bluetags appear.
The worst thing is that the description can't be cleared out...

Yes, I have just edited a description of a video and after reloading the page it disappeared (=thumbs are there while loading the page, but after loading completes they vanish).
I can provide my drop address if you might have a closer look. Any hint if this is a general problem or specific to our drops?

Inappropriate?I just signed up for the manager upgrade and setup 2 drops. Both of them are having the same problem with editing the name or description. The only view that seems to work is "system".
I've tried it in firefox 3.0.15 and IE 7. It looks like they are not disappearing in IE 7 after the edit but I can't get the videos to even play now. The window comes up and it starts to load, but no video ever starts playing.
I'm usually really patient, but it looks from all the comments here that this has been going on for months. I'm ready to give up and get a refund. :(
I really wanted this service to work. It used to work great months ago when I used it before, but now it's almost non-functionable for what I need. That saddens me.
Please respond if anyone is really paying attention.
