Please refund my drop.io subscription ($30.00). I just signed up and attempted to upload a Windows Media file (1.7MB). When I attempt to upload the .wmv, I receive an error message, "Cannot Convert." We're sorry about the conversion issue. Files may occassionally fail converting so the best thing to do is just delete them and give it another shot. This will take care of things in the vast majority of situations.
Can you forward us the e-mail (support@dropio.com) you should have received when you purchased the upgrade so we can address this?
