Still not receiving faxes into my basic drop.io account.
Basic account, but faxes aren't showing up in my drop.io. Currently I'm trying to fax myself a series of documents but nothings showing up even after the fax completes. I've included the cover page properly. Is there anything else I should be looking for?

We checked just to make sure that our fax service was up and not acting strange. It's 100% okay, whew!
To make sure that your fax gets recognized by our system, you should set the resolution on your fax machine as high as it goes. Usually it's called 'fine.'
