Why does this have to be so hard!
I find this site almost impossible to use. Now instead of talking with someone in customer service I have to post this for public viewing. I've been trying to register a new site drop.io/IDIDocumentation. I bought the additional Gig of space and entered the code. Then up-loaded a few files which were shown as being in line for about 30 minutes without any progress. So I decided I should up load the FireFox tools. I did that then when I tried to get back to the IDIDocumentation page I had created it asked me for a password which of course I had never chosen so now I'm stuck. If this was the first time this happened I'd figure it was a fluke but others have had similar problems. So now how do I get an answer to this? Will someone contact me if so how do you know where to send the answer without me posting my e-mail for all to see? This is a great idea but your implimentation really sucks.

Sorry for the problems and the delay. GetSatisfaction is a tool that we use to augment our User Support but if you need to get in touch with us, the best and primary way would be to e-mail us at contact@dropio.com.
When first creating the drop, if you notice that a file is taking particularly long to upload and it's not something large like a movie, you might want to click the red X that appears next to each item in the uploader. This will cancel that upload and proceed with whatever is left in the queue. You can then upload the file as soon as the rest are finished and you're inside your drop for the first time.
If you navigate away from the homepage (http://drop.io) in mid-upload, you will cancel the upload and the drop will not be created. If this was the case with drop.io/IDIDocumentation, you should go back to http://drop.io, enter your Premium Code again, enter the name you'd like to use and click 'create drop.' This should take care of the issue but if you're still experiencing difficulty, shoot us an e-mail (contact@dropio.com).
