If drop.io doesn't convert the mp3, or is still in the process of converting it, you won't be able to play it within the drop and will instead only be able to download it.
If your mp3 doesn't convert, try uploading it again. Issues like this are usually just a hiccup with our conversion server that can be remedied by another upload. If not, it may be damaged or in a format that we can't convert.
