How can I use this site to make a movie ??

Hellow :) I'm planning on making a movie, and when i saw all those good praises on this site I was impressed .. I think it would help me make a movie of my own. I'm new and I don't know how :'( Can you please tell me how to make a movie and save it ?? thnxx in advance, its alot of help !!
