I don't like guessing login types or finding profile URLs (grr @ Facebook)
Adding services can be a hassle, for I either have to find or guess the *type* of logins I signed up with for each service or, worse, find profile URS. You give lots of hints already, but I really think this is something you should nail for a service like E to be successful. E.g.: I had a lot of trouble finding my Facebook URL (took me almost 5 minutes; I know this is more Facebook's fault than yours, but I almost gave up) and adding my PSN name still won't work. Don't know what it is that I'm doing wrong.
That said, E owns Poken in this regard. Well, at pretty much everything actually. :)

Inappropriate?Hi Dean
Thanks for the feedback.
We are aware of the hassle about the profile url's, but sadly enough we have no way to solve it.
For example the PSN profile url seems to have a thousand of possible formats. Can you post your full PSN profile url, so that we can check out what's going wrong?
Regards
Andreas
