small bug: 404 after picture upload attempt

Hey guys, just wanted to point out a small bug,
i tried to change my pic to a .png image, and received a message that only .jpg's are supported. Right after i was confronted with a 404 page, with the url: http://www.mynameise.com/settings/pic....
