Boarding Chaos!
The way you organise people into boarding groups of SB, SA, A and B sucks. The departure gate staff rarely make the announcements loud enough or clear enough and seem incapable of actually organizing the queue. This only serves to make more of a mockery of the the money spent on "Speedy Boarding".

Inappropriate?Alex, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are working very hard with our departure gate staff to ensure that the boarding groups are maintained at the time of boarding an aircraft and we fully understand our customers' feelings when this goes wrong.

Inappropriate?I fly with easyJet once a month and I'm not a speedy boarder only because I see that many times (like 30% of the time) this status is not respected. This happens mainly when boarding the aircraft with a bus.
I’m concerned

Inappropriate? As mentioned prior, we are working with our teams in the airports to ensure consistent delivery.

Inappropriate? The problem apparently was noted one year ago. The chaos continues. My suggestion, which would only partly address the problem, is to highlight the group boarding priority on the illuminated panel above the desk. Then, only start boarding when the plane is ready as, at the moment, waiting on the stairs and the mad scramble invalidates the priority.
