Inappropriate?this is true. i had the same problem and i found out the phone numbers to the "owners" of the company. 330-696-2529 & 330-696-8157-frank.

I have called the home number several times. When someone does answer he is not at home. When I ask to leave a message and my phone number the person that answers the phone tells me they already have it with Caller ID and then hangs up. I have left several messages. The other numbers go to voice mail that says the box is full and can not accept incoming messages. Have chosen the option to send page with my number. I have not received a return call or any communication from them to date. -
I just tried the 330-696-2529 and the person who answered told me that he is not longer associated with twiisted_mods and all he would be able to provide is a possible contact phone number. Was unable to give me that number as it was his cell and he was not at home. Asked if I could leave him my number so he could call me back with the information. He said he was driving so not possible. I also asked him if he wanted me to put a note here that he is not part of twiisted_mods and asked for his e-mail so he could go here and answer this as well and he refused to give e-mail address. If he is telling the truth I am a not sure. If it was me with my phone number on a site like this I would want to ask for it to be removed ASAP. He just avoided saying anything. The 696-8157 number still goes to voice mail and the message that it is full and can not accept new messages at this time. Same thing that has been happening with this contact number. I have never been able to leave a message at that number. Here is another number that is supposed to be his home phone number. 330 469 5092. When someone does answer its the I have your number on caller ID and hang up. Never received a call back from that number. When I try and get more info from who ever answers I get the "he is not at home and I can't tell you anything else"
Give it a try maybe you will be luckier than I have been. With the amount of e-mails and phone calls if they do have caller ID they have to know my number by now. I have no hope of them answering me. -

Inappropriate?I am having the exact same problem. I sent my xbox 360 to them (to be repaired) a little over a month ago. Their 1-800 number is "not in service". They also have not replied to my emails. Thank you for posting the phone numbers. They may come in handy. I ABSOLUTELY hate these people to say the least. Thanks for the info you posted.

If you manage to get anywhere please let us know. No one I have contacted from the negative feedback has been able to get them to respond to phone or e-mails. Have called the home number and when someone does answer he is never home and when asked if they can leave a call back number are told its on the caller ID so they already have it, and then the person hangs up. No emails get any response either for any of us. If this is your experience as well please add your complaint to ic3.gov and reference my claim number I0808182131132761. The more people that fill out the complaint form but better chance we have of something happening.

Inappropriate?The whole situation with this seller has gone from bad to worse. Because of the delaying tatics that twiisted_mods used. Neither Pay Pal or eBay will do anything to help me recover the money spent.
The customer service rep at Pay Pal told me to just have the bank reverse the charges, and then they (Pay Pal) would go after the seller for the money.
However my bank tells me that its a dispute not with the eBay seller, but with PayPal as they are the ones that received the funds from my bank and its their name on the transaction. If I had paid the Seller direct it would be a different story, and reversing the charges would be no problem.
I have more messages sent to Pay Pal's Security than I can count. If what I was told by the Pay Pal Customer Service Rep is true all I need to do was have the bank contact Pay Pal and they would confirm that it was ok to reverse the charges.
I call the ACH department of my bank and they ask me to send documentation. The only info I keep getting back from Pay Pal is a standard answer e-mail and nothing else.
I called Pay Pal and a rep told me to fax a request to a different number than the fax number I had been using, and someone will get back to me. I get another e-mail from Pay Pal saying they received the fax and they are checking in to it. Just goes around in circles. Told there was no direct phone number I can call to talk to someone in the security department.
On the advice of my Bank and the Pay Pal Rep. I have filed a case against twiisted_mods with IC3.gov. It was also suggested that if I know any other buyers that have had the problem, that I contact them and get them to file with IC3.gov as well and reference my case number (I0808182131132761).
They also suggested filing a case with the Attorney General of OH (State where twiisted_mods is located). And contact the local police in Warren, OH and file with them as well. That is my next step if after this last round of pleas for some info from Pay Pal fail. Can't say I am impressed with Pay Pal's customer service at all. Its been a month since I tried to get assistance from them.
If you have not received satisfaction from twiisted_mods then I would please ask you to file your own complaint with ic3.gov as the more complaints filed the more the investigation will move up in importance.
Keep me posted, and I will do the same. Maybe we will find the right way to get our money back and to punish a seller that seems to think its OK to screw its customers and get away with it.

Inappropriate?I was pretty sure twiisted_mods had a site, now its no where to be found, and its like they have disappeared from the face of the earth. Their ebay account is no longer registered. It seems like they just took the money and ran with it.

Inappropriate?i got an xbox 360 first that broke in 1 day then another which broke after 3 days then sent mine in and then the number was no longer in service and i cant find them anywhere online that was about 4 months ago ive pretty much given up this sucks

Inappropriate?Please go to IC3.gov and file a report. I and a couple of others that got ripped off by these people have filed. The more complaints against them the greater the chance that law enforcement will do something. It's pretty much the only option we have left.
