Comment widget

A possibility to make a comment widget.

It should contain:

For the user:

1. A possibility to choose your username for every comment
2. A possibility to rate whatever hes commenting.
3.A possibility to write the comment (General)
4.A possibility upload an icon (I recommend 50 X 50 pixels)
5.The " Post the comment" button

User can see:

5. The icon
6. The comment
7. When the comment was posted
8. Who posted it

What a user can do with that comment:

9. Rate this comment (Is it useful)

For the author ( For the human being who created the website and puted the widget)

1. A possibility to response to the comment.( The feedback will appear under the comment)
2. A possibility to delete 1 comment without deleting them all.
3.A possibility to delete all comments in one click
4.A possibility to delete a part of all comments
