SAVE NOW button highly needed!

The "Publishing On/Off" toggle button is a great idea, but it forces the user to rely on the Autosave to actually publish or save any work. There still needs to additionally be a button to FORCE the (auto)save, i.e. "Save Now".

Usage example: I have finished writing a page. Publishing is on. Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock. Ten seconds go by. And another three. I check my wat-- aha! Autosave triggered. Now I can continue.

See what I mean? This slows things down and is a pain. I want to be in control of saving my work.
