If you've been sued for speaking your mind about something you may have the basis for a counter-suit. This kind of legal abuse is called a SLAPP suit.
Wikipedia defines a SLAPP suit as "a form of litigation filed by a large organization or in some cases an individual plaintiff, to intimidate and silence a less powerful critic by so severely burdening them with the cost of a legal defense that they abandon their criticism."
If this describes your situation you should have no problem getting a lawyer to defend you pro bono because the law dictates that any instigator of a SLAPP suit is liable to cover all legal costs of its victim. Winning a SLAPP suit case can be a windfall for an attorney.

Inappropriate? It depends on what you blogged. Did you publish obscenities? Did you defame someone? Did you violate someone's copyright? Did you publish an image of them without their permission?

Inappropriate?I haven't been sued. Just curious for future reference.
