It would be great if openid consumer also supported i-names (inames.net). That is, for instance, I would be able to use =mk openid for logging in.

Our OpenID login (not the server) works with the OpenID ZEND classes and ZEND poorly doesn't support i-names (xris) but if we have any spare time we will switch it to the janrain libs to support the full OpenID spec.
