Inappropriate?Thanks for the question Dale.
The quick answer is that we aren't a Collection Agency. We do not (in any way) collect money on the behalf of anyone else. We do however facilitate the communication between those who are owed and those avoiding payment or conversation.
This difference allows us to not fall under the FDCPA regulations you outlined.

this is one of the best points

Inappropriate? We also do not allow claims against "consumers". We only focus on business-to-business claims and disputes. So we will not allow posts for individuals who don't pay their car payments or dry cleaning bills. We WILL post companies who don't pay their vendors and contractors. Again, because we focus only on business-to-business disputes, we do not fall under the FDCPA guidelines.
