Can't upload my powerpoint presentation.
I just signed up. I tried to upload a powerpoint presentation. It got to 94% and then crashed with the message "an error has occurred uploading your powerpoint presentation". Not too descriptive, I'm thinking.

Inappropriate?we are working on the issue, can you describe in any additional details about the file you were uploading and if you selected editable vs as jpg, how many pages, etc?

Inappropriate?Hey, Bryan! Thanks for the prompt response. I suspect it's the size of the .ppt.
I uploaded a smaller one and it worked pretty well. Had a couple of issue where it translated round bullets to the letter "n" (lowercase).
The one that failed is a big project but nothing fancy. There are 126 slides, no embedded audio or embedded video. I can give you the link to the .ppt on my website if that would help. On empressr, it seems to finish the upload and then puts up the error dialog.
Here's the link to the .ppt:
http://www.kp1-5.us/powerpoint/
You'll see the file there.
Thanks for being so responsive; it's unusual and appreciated!

I replied to the email and noticed it's a "no reply" address so I'm posting here. -
Inappropriate?I tried if both as editable and not. Many of the slides have .jpg photos embedded.

Inappropriate?Hi, I tried your link and it didn't work. I think it might be the size, we probably need to adjust the timeout on processing. I will have the team take a look. Please send me an updated link so we can test it out. Thanks

I have safari 4 and flash 10,0,22,87 installed on Mac
The empressr: http://www.empressr.com/View.aspx?tok... -
Inappropriate?I have the same Flash version 10.0.22.87 on both my Mac and my XP Home PC. I've been a developer for more than 40 years (yep, 40) and I can't tell you the number of times I've had to say "Works for me!". I'll try again.

Inappropriate?Bryan, tried it again with IE and with Google Chrome. Same results. It finishes the upload (100%), puts up the spinner "processing" and after a second or two puts up the dialog:

No joy :(
I’m still sad...
