Empressor won't recognize my webcam or built-in microphone. There was a little popup window which requested that I provide access to the webcam and microphone and I clicked "allow", but when I go to record I get a message that the webcam and/or microphone are not recognized.

hmm, the video is working for me but it wouldn't recognize my internal mic, worked fine with an external mic. What kind of computer are you on? This is my video setting screen shot, right click and choose settings to get this dialog box.

Inappropriate?I'm on a MacBook Pro. I've seen the settings dialogue box like the one you show, but I'm not getting that particular box. I'm getting the one I've uploaded here, which only allows you to click Allow or Deny. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Michael
