Watermarking?
How about adding a way to import a graphic from our photo library that can be used as a transparent watermark? Or is this already possible? I have pics I sometimes want to add a watermark to before posting from my iPhone.

Thanks for sending us feedback!
This feature is actually in the works for PhotoCaps v1.2 (we're renaming TweetCapz). Ideally we would let you use a custom image from your photo library and let you set the transparency. Afterwards you can place/rotate/resize it as you would any other graphic element on the photo.
We're still waiting for Apple to approve PhotoCaps v1.1 (hopefully soon!) at the moment.
