could you please tell me which application you are trying to enter the API key in?
Also which browser are you using?
Try another browser and let me know if that worked better. -

I am using Avatars United and in the Eve Online 'settings' section it asks for the api code I put that in and then press save but nothing happens.

ok. I went ahead and changed your AU name to HappyFanatic. Try entering the Full API Key and User ID into the EVE apps and let me know how it goes!
