Can not login with twlogin
getting "creditials are refused" even though I'm 100% sure I'm putting in the right username and password. Was on twitterspy@jabber.org, logged off to go to im@twitterspy.org, now neither will let me log back on.

Apparently the verify_credentials API method no longer works at twitter. I've swapped it out with a call for your direct messages and it seems better (for some value of better).

Inappropriate?What client are you using? I'm wondering if it's mangling your password somehow.
I suppose it would've been good to make it clear that those are the same bot. :/

Inappropriate?Hi Dustin, thanks for the reply. I realized after posting that they both had the same user/topic counts and so where probably the same. I'm using Adium, which had worked with Twitterspy before. I also tried using the copy of the bot at twitter@jwchat.org. It says "Unable to verify your credentials. They're either wrong or twitter is broken" (different error message same error)
Right now I'm typing in Adium:
twlogin orangewolf password
where password is really my 6 digit password -
