Crashed before it finds location
I was excited about this app -- it's the first paid one I got. But it crashes before it finds my location. It's just not working at all. Tried restarting my phone, but nothing helps.

Inappropriate?I'm sorry that this is happening... especially for your first paid app. You took a chance and I let you down. I hope we can find the solution, but if not, I'm willing to refund you the cost of the app.
If it's not too much trouble, can you send me the following information so I can try to reproduce this?
1. Is it continuing to happen even now?
2. What version of iPhone or iPod Touch do you have, and how much memory does it have?
3. Where are you? (the address of a nearby business would be best, but zip code would do too)
I’m sorry that this is happening

Inappropriate? Thanks for your quick response. It is still happening. When I turn it on plane mode or go to a service dead spot, it doesn't crash. I can look at individual states and see what's in season, but can't get to markets because obviously it won't know my location. I wonder if it has something to do with my location -- I noticed that there's no Washington, DC in the list (we always get left out so no worries). I'm near 529 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20004. I've got the 2nd generation iPhone.

Okay, yeah, that's almost certainly the problem. Unfortunately, I don't have any seasonal fruit or vegetable data for Washington DC, but I could have it pull directly from one of the bordering states. Or perhaps I could pull from both Maryland and Virginia. Any thoughts? Where does produce come from in DC? -
Also, since I won't be able to fix this until the next release, and it takes a couple weeks for new releases to be approved by the store, would you like a refund? If you have a Paypal account, email it to locavore at enjoymentland dot com. -
Inappropriate?I think it would make most sense to pull it from Maryland and Virginia for DC. I know the food at the producers' only farmers' market in DC get their food from Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania, but that would probably get unwieldy. No worries on the refund as long as you think this can get fixed -- thanks for the offer. I've been impressed with your responses and like what I see when I put it on airplane mode.

Hey Jefferson, the latest update should be available within the next hour or two in the iTunes App Store, and it should fix this problem for all of you in DC, letting you browse neighboring states. Sorry for the delay--it took longer to get approved than I was hoping. -
Inappropriate?ooo. I just saw this! This must be the same problem I'm experiencing since I am also in DC. I agree with jefferson that Virginia and Maryland will be a good solution. Keep us posted on the update! thanks.

Inappropriate?Update 1.01 in the iTunes App Store should solve this issue. It was just approved and should be available via the app updates tab on the iPhone.
I’m happy
