Boss is seeing my tasks in his Next Actions
My boss is seeing tasks assigned to me in his Next Actions folder. Why? They were created by me, owned by me, although part of a group project. He has way too much information in his Next Actions folder now that he does not need to act on. Help!

Inappropriate?Found the problem. Tasks in group projects with a due date within the next two days were showing up in the next actions list for every member of the group, not just the person they were assigned to. I think there was a reason why I did that, but in retrospect, I disagree with myself.
This has been corrected and the app has already been updated.
