Mystery tasks arriving in in box--can't tell for which client.
The client/project name doesn't show up with task in the in box. We do the same series of steps for different clients so now our employee has a couple different "scan documents" tasks, but he has no way of knowing which client it is for.

Inappropriate?Hi, Laura--
We were discussing that very problem a couple of days ago, and the best idea we came up with was to no longer have assignments from group projects show up in the inbox (so you don't lose track of the original projects), and instead have your assigned tasks from those projects show up in the Next Actions list. Would that solve the problem?
We're also looking at a couple of ways to make it more obvious from project view which tasks have been assigned to whom, particularly in group projects. -
Inappropriate?Yes, I would LOVE to see project tasks in my next actions list. The only items in my own next actions list right now are my personal home tasks--all my work tasks are in projects which won't show up in the next actions list.
I’m glad I'm not suffering alone

Inappropriate?Sounds good. I'll get on it.

Inappropriate?Does the changed Next Actions screen and addition of the project name to the task detail page resolve this for you?
