How can I make my previously wet W580i Sony Ericsson phone text again?
My Sony Ericsson W580i cell phone got wet and stopped working completely. When it dried out, everything works except text messaging. Any ideas on how to get the text messaging working again? AT&T said it's a problem with the phone, and that I voided my warrantee.

Well, since the phone got wet, you might want to have an authorized technician to take it apart and make sure that there aren't any parts in there that is still wet or corroded. Coz, even though the outside of the phone is dry, some part inside it may not. You might want to have that checked first.

Inappropriate?OMG this just happened to me today! My sony ericsson got wet and the screen looks really transperent and if you tilt the phone to the side you can see water and like, diaganol lines! Did yours look like this too? What did you do to manage it to get dry???
