My ear controls the phone when I talk !
Hi.
I have a K850i phone, 3 month old.
This is a good phone, except for one detail: when you use it as a phone, your ear activates the touchscreen buttons and achivies actions. While talking, you, involuntarily, will send SMS, take second incoming call, etc etc. I have no way to get some response from SE. No mail. No Phone. No support. I sent an email to address provided by my provider, got a response telling "call number XXX". When called it number, I got "I can not do anything, only take your name". SE virtually does not exists on my country. Support is terrible poor.

I have this problem, too!
Tell me when someone solves it.

Inappropriate?have you tried changing settings? I mean, there might be something in the manual about deactivating touch sensitive buttons on the screen or the whole screen itself while on a call or something like that.
I’m undecided

Inappropriate?Hi liquidskinn, thanks for your comment.
Acctually I did not try it, I will see if they suggest something on the manual.
But, anyway, fact is that when you are on a call, these buttons has "on-call" funcionallity (change sound, access to main menu, control when conference, etc).
The other side of this problem, is that I have no SE person here to ask about it. Not even by mail. No support ...
