Unable to install errorlytics plugin for Wordpress MU 2.6.5

I am trying to install the plugin for Wordpress MU 2.6.5. I have it installed in the /wp-content/plugins/errorlytics/ folder. I activate the plugin, test settings successfully, but when I attempt to save changes, it generates a generic failure message and asks if I would like to try again.

Inappropriate?
