Inappropriate?Problem is on the Twitter side and they have been contacted, Eventtrack IP has been blocked we are waiting to hear "why" and if they will unblock.

Inappropriate?Official from Twitter "Your IP is not being blocked!" Running jobs now to connect to Twitter and the result is "Connection timed out" - we have just requested that our host move us to a new IP.
