Inappropriate?Thank you Amy - I'm excited to start engaging my customers in conversations here. It's a great service you have.
I’m happy

Inappropriate? You're welcome, Don. If you haven't done so already, I suggest you visit this page of your admin section to find some solutions for pointing your customers to your Get Satisfaction site.
I’m glad you're here
-
Inappropriate?Amy - thank you for this link; I didn't know about the Help Center that I can implement on my own site. Amazing! I'm going to try this out.
BTW, I recently posted an article about Customer Service on my blog where I highlighted GetSatisfaction and got a lot of interest from it.
I met Thor at the iPhone BarCamp in San Francisco about 1yr ago and that's where he introduced me to GetSatisfaction.
Thanks again for being proactive with new members.
-Don
I’m thankful

Hi Don - I fixed your link as it was going to a "Page not found" page. And cleared that comment above since I saw that you decided to use the "reply" field instead so you could format. :) -
Inappropriate?Don, great article. You've said it very well. Right in line with a talk that Thor & Lane (my co-founders) frequently give -- Customer Service is the New Marketing. We even had a one-day summit earlier this year on this topic. Thanks for the mention in your post.
And here's some more info on Help Center.
Good luck and feel free to post here if you have questions or need help with anything.
I’m a firm believer in creating "Wildly Happy Customers"

Inappropriate?Thank you Amy. I've got the help center up and running now for Expand2Web. This is an excellent idea and solves my problem of wanting to offer customer support and forums on my site. Thank you!
I’m fired up!
-
Wow -- what a speedy turnaround on that! Looks great! Let us know how else we can help you. -
Inappropriate? All set up - and ready to help :-)
