1.2.6 Update breaks ExpanDrive (drive no longer appears in Finder)
After running the latest update (6/26/08), my Dreamhost based drive will no longer show up on the desktop and Open in Finder no longer reveals the drive. It is showing as connected and I have tried restarting ExpanDrive a few times with no change in status. Is there a possibility that this latest version is just bad?

Inappropriate?1. seekbus - can you see if anything is bring printed in Console.app ?
2. also, from a terminal can you check to see what version of fuse is running
[kextstat | grep fuse]
3. and - perhaps a reboot?
4. Are you using key based or password based auth? -

Inappropriate?Thanks for the help. Restart didn't help. Reinstall also doesn't seem to help. Not sure how to do a proper uninstall of the app other than to drag it to the trash. If that would be helpful, I can try that and then restart and reinstall. Heading home now. Will check in this evening.

bounced my machine and made a new connection to see if that'd help but no dice. don't really want to wipe my settings.... is there any way to download the last version? running 10.5.3 on a penryn MBP.

Inappropriate?I've tried connecting to other dreamhost accounts and had no issues, but they all had shell access. Do you guys have shell access?

Inappropriate?I reverted back to the previous version and am running again as well. I do not have shell access enabled, so that could be part of the problem.

yes it was only that dreamhost account before (3 non-dreamhost ones worked), no I had not specifically requested shell access.
