Exandrive + Dreamweaver CS3 saying files are locked?

Having some issues with Expandrive and Dreamweaver CS3 (with all the latest updates). This issue seems to have surfaced with 1.3.1 (or 1.3.2), it wasn't a problem before then.

I am getting errors/warnings from Dreamweaver when trying to load an html file from an expandrive mounted share telling me that "The file is locked so you can't make any changes, do you want to view it instead" -- or similar wording wise. The file is not locked and other apps are able to edit and save the file ok so this is localized to dreamweaver, but was not an issue with 1.3.0 and I've triple checked all the file permissions -- they all seem fine.

Anyone else having this issue? I've reported to adobe as well, but they say they don't support Expandrive (or any 3rd party software) shares and to take it up with Expandrive devs :/
