Expandrive hangs
My computer hangs after using Expandrive for a while. TextMate blocks in some filesystem call. I can't force the process to quit, and killing expandrive, umount, et al. doesn't help.

Inappropriate?We've got a couple other threads that mention this and it's our highest priority item. Do you have some additional info about your system or any situation in which you can force this to happen?

Inappropriate?I think I have the same problem as austin, and I have some more information about the problem.
This is the output from ps after TextMate (in this case, it has happened with Photoshop too) locks up:
21844 ?? E 0:00.00 (TextMate)
Notice the "E". First the status is "Z", which means zombie, when you try to force quit the application (either by using the various graphical ways to this or the terminal) it changes to "E" which means something like "the application is trying to exit".
The problem is that this state is uninterruptible. The OS has no way of killing the process while it is in this state. For some reason the hung application never exits, so the only way out is to force a hard reset using the physical power button, restart, shutdown, nothing else works.
I have no further information on why this problem occurs, but it seems like it's more frequent after waking from sleep. The application that hangs doesn't even have to have a file open on any Expandrive-mounted drive, but I assume that it somehow tries to read from one (perhaps before it is ready?).
