External Drives
Works great via SSH to browse my remote login. However, is there a way to also see external drives connected to the remote machine.

Inappropriate?Well, if your remote server makes the external drives accessible through the filesystem, then yes you can! That's what the optional "Remote Path" field is for in the New Drive dialog.
So, for example, suppose the server has an external drive that can be accessed as /Volumes/BigExternalDrive. Then, when you connect via ExpanDrive, just put /Volumes/BigExternalDrive into the "Remote Path" field, and everything should just work.
Keep in mind, though, that not all servers do make external drives visible in this way, and your account would have to have permission to access them. But that's how it works! I use this feature all the time on my home network.
