No Key Sent in email replies..

I purchased the Mac version of Expandrive and email of my order has no key. I asked it to be confirmed and resent and still no key attached to the email.

What is giong on. Please issue a key for me to use the software I purchased over 5 weeks ago.... This is very frustrating.
