Specifically ExpanDrive and Adobe Indesign - can't read files I just created and saved.
ExpanDrive & Adobe InDesign CS3 - I can create documents, but can't read the same file I just created ExpanDrive fails - complains "You may not have permission or the document may be open already. For multi-user access, close the file and set the file properties to read-only in Windows Explorer". I do not have this issue with Photoshop, or heck notepad for that matter. btw, using ExpanDrive for Windows, NOT MAC.

Inappropriate?FYI - sorry I didn't mention this earlier - using Vista.. anyway, seems to be resolved - I uninstalled ExpanDrive, rebooted, reinstalled ExpanDrive still no go. Reinstalled over existing installation (without rebooting again) - bingo, works like a charm. Although I've been careful not to repeatedly open/close the file for fear of having the same problem re-occur. Nice product, I suppose you have to be wary of where you're connecting as well. I would imagine any sort of glitches in connectivity can cause files to be improperly marked as locked? Anyway, hope this product works out, cause I like it!!!!
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Joseph - are you using the latest expandrive for windows beta?
http://www.expandrive.com/expandrive/...
-Jeff -
Inappropriate?yes. i was. i wrote the experience off to the wireless environment. Did you also notice my self reply? I stated that I reinstalled expandrive for windows beta over itself and then the issue dissappeared. Took me a while to decided to do that though.

Inappropriate?I saw that. Nevertheless, I thought I'd point out we have a newer beta :)
