OK, I test your website and
* I love this things : full resolution support, usability, general design, connection with facebook and other social network.
* What I don't like : When I share album if my contacts does not have an account there just see nothing (not even an invitation to join) where the facebook link show pictures !
* What is missing : raw support, ability to merge contact when importing from facebook and gmail for example, a way to order print (localized as I live in France :-)) as your target audience is photograph.
* What is not clear to me : you seems to target online storage but the way I work is to use raw (dng) image via lightroom. So my need for an online storage service is a way to "export"/"backup" my file from lightroom.

A: I really don't get this one because this is exactly what we have :) If you share an album to a contact which does not have an account, they can see all photos and signup and automatically become connected to you. So my question to you.. are you just sharing the link to the album or do you share your album using the "Share via Email" option?

A: Contacts will be merged automatically in the case when your contact signup and connect their services. Read more about it here
RAW is not supported on the web, but I see you point in storing RAW files for backup purposes which is something we have discussed. We need to figure out how to do this right. Here is my proposal on how to implement Expono RAW Support

Have you checked out Jeffrey Friedl's "Export to Expono" Lightroom Plugin? It's a highly recommened plugin for Lightroom users!

Thanks for your quick answer.
For the first point : Check http://www.expono.com/thecoachfr/albu... I share it but as you can see nothing appear. And yes I share via email.
My question on contact merging was for non-expono contacts.
I like a lot your proposal for RAW support.
Yes I use the Lightroom export to expono. But my point was connected to RAW.
