Deleting photos doesn't update page in single photo librart

If I have an album with a single photo in it and go to that photos page and delete it, expono deletes the photo but the page is never updated (it just sits there spinning) so it looks like something doesn't work. But if I go back to the album page the album and photo is gone. (bad description but ...)
