Can't delete some files in Amazon S3

Flow 1.0.3 (561). Can't delete files with certain characters within the filename. So far I've encountered this with a "+" and a "?".

When I try to delete these files, they disappear from Flow as if they have been deleted, but when I hit the Refresh button they reappear.

I am able to delete the files fine with Transmit.
