Crash editing a file

Start editing a file, save it, whilst its uploading ctrl + w the window before its finished (with flows own editor), this guarantees a crash of the whole app, sometimes with an error message first, sometimes not.

also if your public key changes for ssh (sftp) connections, the ssh will not connect, flow says nothing and just doesn't connect, you need to look at the connection log to see it. Maybe the ui could inform you.
