Preset External Editor

It would be helpful to have a third option for editing in preferences along with "Edit with Flow" and "Edit with Default Application", something like "Edit with [Specified Application]".
I have to edit files with many random extensions that are not all registered on my computer with a specific program, so each time I want to edit them I have to control click on them, choose "Edit Externally With" then "Other..." then find my favorite editor.
If in the preferences you could choose specifically an editor that could always be opened through the context menu or through the Edit button or through double clicking, that would be great.
