1994-Land Grant Issue
I was wondering by the Tribal 1994 College are not listed on this sit as location to obtain Extension help? Why is South Dakota State University the only one listed? Where are the 1994 Land Grant College's?

Inappropriate?Yours is a good question. South Dakota State is an 1862 Land-Grant. The 1994 Land-Grants are not listed as they are not "members" of eXtension. We have had several conversation with the 1994 institutions about membership, and are still hopeful that they will join.
Faculty and staff of 1994 Land-Grants are welcome to participate and to join eXtension Communities of Practice. Many have chosen to participate, and we hope that the faculty involvement will eventually lead to full participation at the institutional level. -
This is the first I have knowledge of having to be a member. How do 1994's become member? I take it that we need more than just our Extension Ed grants from the USDA. This is something as the director of the Extension program at a tribal college I was not aware of. Please email me at lhenry@olc.edu and give me the details of how we become members. -
Inappropriate? To add to Kevin's response...last month we had the chance to meet with AIHEC to discuss eXtension membership. As a result, we have been invited with meet with 1994 institutional leaders (Falcon) later this fall. Hopefully, the dialogue with them will lead to membership opportunities. Until then, as Kevin has suggested, we encourage you and others to join eXtension CoPs to contribute content and programs, as appropriate. Again, thank you for your question and interest.
